Rafters: Please *BRING* signed forms to today's parent meeting along with $100 check made to "Troop 457." We need to send forms at least a week before to OARS.
Campers: No forms or payment needed.
Action Plan: 

1. Leave on Sat, May 6 at around 6.30am. 
2. We will have two groups - Rafters (12+ yr old) who will go river rafting, and Campers (<12 yr) who will do a hike/day time activity that is TBD.
   • We got permission to for non-rafters (younger scouts + accompanying adults) to camp at the same site
3. All will camp together within the OARS campsite.
4. We have reservation on Sun, May 7 to tour the State Capitol - http://capitolmuseum.ca.gov/the-museum/general-info - for 25 scouts + 10 adults.
5. Return back on Sunday afternoon around 3pm (for those attending the tour).

Action Needed:

1. Sign up for Rafting (for scouts >12 years and adults). Use R in the signup sheet.
2. Younger scouts (under 12 yr and adults) can sign up for camping. Use C in the signup sheet.
3. Need scout trek leaders for both the groups.

• All scouts need to fill 3 forms - Registration, Release of Liability and Guardian Medical Release (if parent not accompanying).

Raghav and Siddharth will be emceeing the Spring Court of Honor in March. We will be having a full Dinner potluck. We will need one scout for each two points of the scout law to say a short line and light a candle.
