What is a PLC?
The Patrol Leaders' Council, or PLC, is responsible for planning and conducting the troop's activities. Good troops are run by the Scouts with guidance and advice from the adults serving the Scouts. The PLC is the means by which the troop is run by Scouts.
Your Current PLC
This seemingly illustrious and arduous task of the SPL can change a scout’s view on his life drastically. This, however, does not entertain the idea that an individual’s entire personality or identity will in any shape or form be entirely terraformed with the previous versions simply eradicated.
Overall, the role of Assistant Senior Patrol Leader is focused on helping the Senior Patrol Leader on the various tasks given to him. This can be sending emails, planning meetings, reviewing content, etc.
